Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with real-time tracking information and an estimated delivery date. 

Orders are generally delivered within 2-7 business days using USPS. Pre-order items are made-to-order to avoid overproduction and will be shipped out approximately 6-8 weeks from when the order was placed. 

​​DOMESTIC FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies to orders under $200. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. If you are an international customer interested in placing an order, please email us at contact@ojalaapparel.com to see if we can accommodate. As demand grows in regions outside the U.S., we will expand operations accordingly.   

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@ojalaapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
